Fans of the popular Overwatch and NieR franchises have reason to celebrate: characters from the NieR universe are now immortalized in new skins for Overwatch heroes. This collaboration brings a collection of cosmetic items to the game, inspired by the renowned NieR series.
The following Overwatch characters will receive thematic outfits: Kiriko (as 2B), Pharah (as A2), Mercy (as Kaine), Lifeweaver (as 9S), and Widowmaker (as Operator 6O).
However, the update isn’t limited to just skins. Overwatch developers have also introduced a themed lobby and special quests for players. Completing these challenges will allow players to earn additional cosmetic rewards, further enriching the crossover experience.
