PlayStation Network account holders in Russia have recently reported difficulties launching certain games from publisher 2K, particularly titles that are not officially distributed in the Russian Federation.

Initially, some players speculated that the company might be actively combating users who circumvent sanctions, potentially leading to account restrictions or “bans.”

However, 2K’s support service responded to these concerns, stating that the problems could be attributable to “regional restrictions and features.” They clarified that no targeted blocking specifically within Russia has been confirmed.

To assist with connection problems, players were advised to consult a dedicated guide titled “Consoles: Connection Troubleshooting.”
