Starfield Reportedly Being Tested on New Platform, PS5 Release Rumored

News regarding the future of Bethesda Game Studios’ Starfield is expected to emerge soon. According to recent insider information, journalists and content creators are slated to test the game on a platform distinct from its current availability this week.

This development was shared by insider Nash Weedle on X (formerly Twitter). Although the specific platform was not disclosed, previous rumors have pointed towards the PlayStation 5, with a speculated release date of April 7, 2026.

Currently, Starfield is exclusively playable on PC and Xbox Series X/S consoles.
