Ryan Gosling Confirms Marvel Discussions for Ghost Rider Role

Actor Ryan Gosling has once again expressed his keen interest in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, confirming that he is in talks with Marvel Studios regarding the potential role of Ghost Rider.

In a recent episode of the “Happy Sad Confused” podcast, Gosling revealed that a dialogue with Marvel has indeed taken place. However, he emphasized that the process is far from complete. According to him, the situation remains “complex” and “uncertain,” yet he continues to hold hope and a strong desire to embody this iconic character on screen.

Gosling’s interest in Johnny Blaze, the biker who made a deal with the devil and became a spirit of vengeance, is not new. As early as 2022, the actor publicly stated his aspiration to play Ghost Rider. At the time, Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige responded enthusiastically to the idea, expressing a desire to find a suitable place for Gosling within the Marvel cinematic universe.

Despite ongoing discussions and significant interest from both the actor and fans, an official announcement for a project featuring Ghost Rider has yet to be made. Nevertheless, the character remains one of the most frequently mentioned candidates for an appearance in upcoming MCU projects.
