Isonzo Servers Overflow as Epic Games Store Free Giveaway Draws Players Back

The online shooter Isonzo is experiencing a significant resurgence in player activity following its recent free offering on the Epic Games Store. While it was previously challenging to find full lobbies, PC servers are now almost entirely packed.

Players have until March 19, 6:00 PM MSK (Moscow Standard Time), to claim the game for free, after which it will remain permanently in their library.

The developers have confirmed this impressive surge in popularity, stating that Isonzo’s PC servers are “experiencing a real boom” with numerous filled lobbies. They encourage players to join the fun, especially on less populated servers, and to take advantage of the opportunity to complete achievements like “Ascension.”

The game uniquely blends fast-paced arcade dynamics with a level of realism reminiscent of titles like Hell Let Loose, resulting in quick and intense battles set during World War 1.

Developer Black Mill Games has also announced a sequel to Isonzo, slated for release in 2026. The upcoming installment aims to further enhance the realistic depiction of the battlefield and combat experience.
