Hollow Knight: Silksong Gets Patch 5, Paving the Way for Sea of Sorrow DLC

Team Cherry has rolled out “Patch 5” for Hollow Knight: Silksong, a crucial update marking a significant step as the developers prepare for the highly anticipated “Sea of Sorrow” expansion.

Patch 5 is designed as the last major update before the upcoming large expansion, Silksong: Sea of Sorrow. The patch includes standard bug fixes and general improvements, alongside two notable localization updates.

Among the key additions, developers have introduced a new traditional Chinese language translation and have further refined the existing German localization. The update also addresses various technical issues, including several bugs that could potentially cause players to become stuck outside the game’s intended boundaries, alongside other general quality-of-life improvements.

This release underscores Team Cherry’s ongoing commitment to polishing the game and diligently setting the stage for the imminent launch of exciting new content within the beloved Hollow Knight universe.
