The gaming community is rapidly delving into Resident Evil Requiem, uncovering optimal strategies for swift completion. Speedrunners are already achieving remarkable feats, finishing the entire game in mere hours, even when tackling the most formidable challenge: the hardcore Insanity difficulty. Despite facing significantly stronger adversaries and a heightened risk of failure, these demanding conditions have not deterred enthusiasts of rapid playthroughs.

Several top players have successfully completed Resident Evil Requiem in under two hours. For example, Distortion2 managed a run in an impressive 1 hour, 58 minutes, and 53 seconds:

For a full, unskipped playthrough of Resident Evil Requiem on the “Insanity” difficulty, the current world record holder is Bdud5, who completed the challenge in 2 hours, 8 minutes, and 13 seconds.
