Lumines Arise Delivers Psychedelic Puzzle Beats This November

Among the standout reveals at this year`s Summer Game Fest was Lumines Arise, a visually stunning puzzle and rhythm game from Enhance, the acclaimed studio behind Tetris Effect Connected. Enhance has now confirmed that Lumines Arise will bring its mesmerizing beats to consoles and PC on November 11th. Eager players can get a taste of the action right now with a special demo, currently live on Steam and the PlayStation Store.

This new iteration of Lumines reimagines the beloved puzzle series, originally crafted by Q Entertainment and first launched on the PSP in 2004. Gameplay revolves around players strategically placing 2×2 blocks, each composed of two different colored squares, onto a grid. The objective is to form larger, matching blocks to clear the board and earn points, all set to an evolving soundtrack.

Limited-Time Demo and Pre-Order Details

The limited-time demo, accessible on both PlayStation Network and Steam, offers a glimpse into Lumines Arise`s offerings. It includes the initial three stages of the single-player Journey mode and introduces the brand-new multiplayer `Burst Battle`. Be quick, though: this demo is only downloadable for one week, disappearing from both platforms on September 3rd.

Pre-orders for Lumines Arise are now live, offering both Standard and Digital Deluxe editions. PlayStation Plus subscribers can enjoy a 10% discount when pre-ordering through the PlayStation Store. The Digital Deluxe Edition enhances the experience with four exclusive avatars, featuring themes from Humanity, Tetris Effect Connected, Astro Bot, and Rez Infinite.

A Busy November Ahead

Lumines Arise arrives amidst a bustling November release schedule, joining titles like Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, Kirby Air Riders, and the indie RPG Demonschool, which recently saw a delay. Furthermore, October is proving to be an exceptionally busy month for gaming, with a flurry of releases in its first ten days, including Ghost of Yotei, Borderlands 4, Digimon Story: Time Stranger, and Battlefield 6. The latter half of October is equally dense, featuring Pokemon Legends: Z-A, Keeper, Ninja Gaiden 4, and The Outer World 2.

Mark your calendars: Lumines Arise officially launches on November 11th for PlayStation 5 and PC.
