The third-person action-adventure game Hell is Us, developed by Rogue Factor and published by Nacon, is approaching its release. However, fans won`t have to wait for the full launch to experience it.
Nacon has announced that a demo for Hell is Us will be available for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S next week, specifically on August 12th.
In this game, players assume the role of Remi, a UN peacekeeper who goes AWOL into his homeland, Hadea, in search of his missing parents. There, he encounters supernatural entities known as Hollow Walkers. While a drone assists Remi, his primary means of combat will involve melee weapons such as swords, polearms, and axes.
Based on GameSpot`s hands-on experience in May, the developers of Hell is Us deliberately avoid hand-holding. Instead of explicit instructions, players are expected to figure out objectives and paths largely on their own, with minimal hints. Progress in the game, in true Souls-like fashion, will require careful attention to NPC conversations.
The full release of Hell is Us is scheduled for September 4th across PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Players who pre-order the Deluxe Edition will gain three days of early access, beginning on September 1st.
