Exclusive Emerald Gamer Skin for PS Plus Members Now Live in Fortnite

The latest Fortnite update, marking the game`s first in a month, introduces an exciting exclusive for PlayStation console players: a new PlayStation Plus-exclusive cosmetic pack. This free Emerald Gamer pack is available to all PS Plus subscribers, regardless of their membership tier. It can be redeemed via the PlayStation Store on PS4 and PS5, the PS App, or through the web.

To use the skin in Fortnite, players must launch the game on a PlayStation console at least once after claiming the pack from the store. Following this, the skin becomes accessible across all gaming platforms.

PlayStation Plus subscribers can now acquire the Emerald Gamer pack.

This fresh cosmetic bundle features the unique Sage skin, accompanied by a complementary back bling and pickaxe. Unlike many past PS Plus skins, which were often revamped versions of existing characters (for example, the Shinji skin was a variation of Chapter 1 Season 8`s Master Key), Sage boasts an entirely original design. Players have until September 23 to claim the Emerald Gamer pack from the PlayStation Store.

The Emerald Gamer pack is the 30th PlayStation Plus offering for Fortnite. Historically, items from these packs have never been sold separately in the in-game item shop, cementing their status as exclusive content, even if not explicitly labeled as such.

Beyond Sage, other complimentary skins are also up for grabs in Fortnite. Linking a Lego account to an Epic Games account before August 31 grants players a free First Order Stormtrooper from Star Wars. Additionally, redeeming any Fortnite or Epic Games Store gift card by the end of 2026 will reward players with the Ghost Monks skin.
