End Prime Day with a Killer Deal on the Chucky 7-Movie Collection

The 1980s gave birth to a new wave of horror, bringing several iconic slasher film franchises into existence. If you`re looking to expand your collection of blood-soaked Blu-rays, you can currently acquire the complete Child`s Play series with the Chucky: 7-Movie Collection Blu-ray set. This box set is available at a significant discount, priced at $25 (down from $60), during the remaining hours of Amazon`s Prime Day 2025 sale, which concludes today, July 11.

The saga began with the first Child`s Play movie, released in 1988. The plot centers around a serial killer who uses a voodoo ritual to transfer his soul into a doll named Chucky to escape death. Unwilling to remain trapped in a toy`s body forever, Chucky schemes to murder the family who bought him and transfer his soul into a young boy who knows his dark secret. The film proved to be a surprise hit, spawning two more sequels in 1990 and 1991, as Chucky repeatedly managed to return from the apparent dead.

After a hiatus of several years, new Child`s Play movies began to be produced regularly, starting with 1998`s Bride of Chucky. This Blu-ray box set is packed with bonus materials, offering insights into the creation and cultural impact of the series, featuring commentary tracks from the cast and crew, various featurettes, and much more.

It`s important to note that this particular bundle does not include the 2019 reboot of the film series, which introduced major changes to the source material. In the reboot, Chucky is an AI-powered killer doll – clearly programmed for evil – voiced by Mark Hamill, and the movie also starred Aubrey Plaza. The 2019 film is available separately on Blu-ray and in 4K formats.

Other Blu-ray Deals

  • Child`s Play 2019 – $9.50
  • Child`s Play 2019 (4K) – $20.10

In addition to Chucky, a variety of other Blu-ray box sets are available during Prime Day. For horror fans, the Nightmare on Elm Street series is discounted to $20 (originally $45). In the realm of modern cinema, Jordan Peele`s acclaimed double-feature of Get Out and Us offers a masterclass in suspense. If your preference leans towards straightforward gore, the Saw series is a perfect choice – though be warned, it might make you lose your appetite.
