The first trailer for the second season of the Devil May Cry anime series, developed by Adi Shankar based on the cult Capcom games, has been released. Devil May Cry`s first season established the groundwork for an impending war between humanity and the demon realm, concluding with an overt parallel to the 2003 Second Gulf War. The new trailer hints at Dante`s growth as both a character and a warrior. After Vergil`s tease at the end of the first season, it appears he will be more than ready to put his younger brother`s abilities to the test. The teaser also features several scenes with Lady, the US military force DARKCOM devastating the demon realm, and various stylish action sequences.
