Despite Intel’s growing presence in the graphics card market, with both integrated and discrete GPU solutions, a significant number of players rely on their hardware.

However, numerous reports from players indicate that Pearl Abyss, the developer of Crimson Desert, does not support Intel Arc graphics accelerators. The game is not only unoptimized for these devices but often fails to launch entirely, with owners of Intel Arc cards confirming complete incompatibility.

On the official game FAQ page, the developers explicitly stated that Crimson Desert is incompatible with Intel Arc. Furthermore, Pearl Abyss has not announced any future plans to introduce support for these graphics processors. Users who purchased the game expecting compatibility with Intel solutions are therefore advised to request a refund.

This situation has caused considerable surprise and disappointment within the gaming community, as it effectively restricts the game to video cards manufactured by AMD and NVIDIA, sidelining a segment of the PC gaming audience.
