The Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 multiplayer beta begins on October 2 and runs through October 8. However, not all players will gain access simultaneously on October 2.

Early access to the Black Ops 7 beta starts on Thursday, October 2, at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET. The open beta, available to everyone, will commence on Sunday, October 5, at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET, and conclude on Wednesday, October 8, at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET.

How to Access the Black Ops 7 Beta

The Black Ops 7 multiplayer beta will be free and open to all. Nevertheless, players with a “select” Game Pass subscription or those who pre-order Black Ops 7 will receive early access starting October 2. The beta will become available to everyone else on October 5.

For digital pre-orders of Black Ops 7, no access code is required. If you pre-order a physical console copy, you can obtain a code from your retailer. Pre-ordering is not mandatory for beta participation, only for gaining early access.

What`s Included in the Black Ops 7 Beta?

Activision has not yet disclosed which maps and modes will be featured in the Black Ops 7 multiplayer beta. It is anticipated that further announcements will be made at the Call of Duty Next event in September.

Black Ops 7 is set in the year 2035 and will introduce futuristic weaponry and gear. A new multiplayer mode, “Skirmish,” will be featured, offering large-scale 20v20 battles with multiple objectives. Players in this mode can utilize wingsuits, grappling hooks, and vehicles. Furthermore, Black Ops 7 incorporates a new “Overlock” system, allowing for enhanced loadout customization.

The “Omnimovement” system from Black Ops 6 also makes a return in Black Ops 7, now enhanced with a wall-jumping ability.

Upon its full launch, Black Ops 7 is slated to include over a dozen maps and 30 weapons. However, the exact number of maps, modes, and weapons available in the beta remains undisclosed. Activision may reveal these details at Call of Duty Next in September.
