Achieving this requires a combination of exploration, intricate puzzle-solving, and intense combat against malevolent hordes of demons and other sinister entities that lurk within the lodge`s dark corridors.
Player progression is cleverly managed through a card-based system, where cards detail various actions, provide helpful items, and influence the unfolding narrative. Adding another layer of depth, each player is afflicted with a specific “curse” that must be cured to secure an escape. Intriguingly, finding this “cure” might sometimes demand difficult choices, even compelling players to betray their own group of friends in a desperate bid for survival.
