Battlefield 6 PC Requirements Revealed: Play Without a High-End Rig

During the recent grand reveal event for Battlefield 6, EA and DICE confirmed the official PC system requirements for the highly anticipated game. Fortunately, players will not need an exceptionally powerful computer to enjoy optimal performance.

The minimum specifications for Battlefield 6 on PC require an Nvidia RTX 2060 or AMD Radeon RX 5600 graphics card, paired with an Intel Core i5-8400 or AMD Ryzen 5 2600 processor. The recommended specifications are only slightly higher, suggesting an RTX 3060Ti or Radeon RX 6700-XT GPU, alongside an Intel Core i7 or AMD Ryzen 7 CPU.

It`s worth noting that the specifications for the full game release differ slightly from those for the upcoming open beta test. The confirmed system requirements for the final version of Battlefield 6, as published on the official Battlefield website, are listed below:

The Battlefield 6 Multiplayer Reveal Event offered players a sneak peek into the game`s features before its October launch. This included a brief look at the campaign mode and an indication of a potential battle royale return. A significant and welcomed change is the reintroduction of the classic Battlefield class system, allowing players to select roles such as Assault, Medic, Support, and Recon.

Battlefield 6 is scheduled for release on October 10th across Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC platforms. Two open beta testing periods have also been confirmed: August 9-10 and August 14-17.
