A new report from the reputable leaker Dealabs appears to have unveiled significant details about Battlefield 6 well in advance of its official presentation. The highly anticipated game is now rumored to launch on October 10, arriving on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
This leaked October release window aligns with earlier unconfirmed reports, and notably, it positions Battlefield 6 approximately one month ahead of Activision`s rumored Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, which is expected on November 14. Should both dates prove accurate, it would mark the first instance since 2021 (when Call of Duty: Vanguard and Battlefield 2042 were released) that both major first-person shooter franchises debut in the same year.
Officially, EA has only confirmed that Battlefield 6 will be available by the end of March 2026, making this leak a much more precise forecast. The Dealabs report further specifies that Battlefield 6 will be offered in two distinct editions:
- Standard Edition: The base game.
- Phantom Edition: A digital-only version that includes additional in-game content.
Interestingly, the leak also suggests that EA will not provide early access to the game; instead, Battlefield 6 is expected to debut for all players simultaneously on October 10.
Anticipated Pricing
The rumored pricing details, converted from European sources, are as follows:
- Standard Edition:
- Consoles (PS5, Xbox Series X|S): €80 (approximately $94 USD)
- PC: €70 (approximately $82 USD)
- Phantom Edition:
- Consoles: €110 (approximately $130 USD)
- PC: €100 (approximately $117 USD)
Pre-orders for Battlefield 6 are reportedly set to open on July 31.
