The developers behind Arbiter 131 affirm that player decisions will carry significant weight and consequences.
Studio IKON recently revealed Arbiter 131, a tactical strategy title described as a compelling mix of gameplay mechanics found in XCOM, Papers, Please, and Door Kickers.
Players are invited to assume command of a SWAT unit operating under the directive of powerful corporations. The game presents a critical choice: either enforce strict order across the city with an “iron fist” or ignite a rebellion against the very authorities they serve.
According to the developers, every decision, command issued, and mistake made throughout the story-driven campaign will dynamically influence and shape the surrounding game world and its narrative progression.
