The dedicated community of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt continues its efforts to bring back content that didn’t make it into the final version of the game. Recently, modder xLetalis unveiled the restoration of a cutscene originally cut from the “Hearts of Stone” DLC.
This particular scene, conceived during the game’s development, was intended to show Olgierd von Everec confronting a group of disgruntled peasants. The villagers attempt to implore him to put an end to the brutal lawlessness perpetrated by his gang, only for their pleas to be violently suppressed.
Players can experience this re-integrated scene through the “Brothers In Arms – Ultimate Edition” mod, which is available on Nexus Mods and continues to receive updates from its creators.
