The playtest for “Starfinder: Afterlight,” a new cosmic RPG supported by Owlcat Games, has commenced on Steam. Developers are offering players a chance to evaluate an early version of the game ahead of its official release.
The March playtest, available on PC via Steam, has seen an overwhelming response from the gaming community. Initially, the team aimed to send out a thousand invitations, but due to high demand, they have already extended 1500 invites and plan to welcome even more players soon.
This current testing phase is set to conclude on April 5th, providing a limited window for participants to dive into the world of “Starfinder: Afterlight.” The project previously caught the attention of Owlcat Games, who offered their support to the development team, highlighting industry camaraderie.
