St. Petersburg police have detained a man suspected of organizing illegal migration. According to the investigation, he hacked the Gosuslugi account of a 33-year-old city resident and illegally registered two foreign citizens in her apartment on Fermerskoye Highway.
The detained 29-year-old, a citizen of a neighboring country, allegedly carried out the fictitious registration in February with accomplices. A criminal case has been initiated under the article “Organization of illegal migration.” Police are currently searching for all individuals involved in the crime.
