Set to launch this May, the “Secret Files” expansion for “The Committee” board game will immerse players in six classified protocols and introduce unique new mechanics. This expansion challenges players to determine the fate of reality and provides opportunities to enhance their agents.

Pre-orders are now live for “Secret Files,” an expansion to the cooperative, story-driven board game “The Committee,” which is set in an alternative Soviet Union. The expansion is priced at 1490 rubles.

This expansion significantly broadens the scope of the base game by introducing six new sets, each packed with additional mechanics. These sets can be integrated into your game individually or combined in various ways, allowing players to craft unique scenarios and diverse gameplay experiences.

Players will gain access to experimental protocols, developed through the study of Anomalies. These new tools enable a range of strategic actions, including reconfiguring the game map, altering city locations, taking risks with irreversible dice rolls, unlocking additional slots on player boards, boosting agent capabilities, and generally expanding the game’s strategic depth.

The expansion box contains 33 cards, 32 tokens, a die, and the expansion rulebook. “Secret Files” is expected to be available in stock by late May 2026. Please note that the base game, “The Committee,” is required to play this expansion.
