Netflix Drops First Trailer for LEGO One Piece Special

The beloved One Piece universe is set to expand with an exciting and unique spin-off. Netflix has officially revealed a LEGO-themed special based on One Piece, releasing its inaugural trailer.

This two-episode special is slated for premiere on September 29, 2026, marking it as the platform’s first project of this particular format.

A collaborative effort between LEGO Group, Shueisha, and Atomic studio, this special will not introduce a new storyline. Instead, it will offer a humorous, condensed recap of the events from the first two seasons of the live-action One Piece series. Furthermore, the special is intended to serve as a prelude to the third season of the live-action show, titled “Battle for Alabasta,” which is scheduled for release in 2027.

Meanwhile, the original One Piece anime continues its journey. After a brief hiatus, the series resumed airing with the Elbaf arc on April 5th. It now follows an updated broadcast schedule, delivering 26 episodes annually, divided into distinct courses.
