Massive PlayStation Store Cleanup: Sony Removes Over 1000 Games

Sony has conducted a major purge of its virtual PlayStation Store, removing over 1000 games from sale. This extensive cleanup primarily targeted titles from companies such as CGI LAB (Play Lab) and Nostra Games, many of which had previously faced criticism from players regarding their quality.

Nostra Games subsequently issued a statement, revealing their surprise at the decision. They emphasized that Sony had not provided them with an official reason for the removal, despite their plans for future PlayStation releases. The studio confirmed its intention to continue developing and publishing games for other platforms, including Nintendo Switch, Xbox, and Steam.
