Insider: Sadie Sink Seals Five-Project Marvel Deal, Jean Grey Role Rumored

“Stranger Things” star Sadie Sink is reportedly set to become a long-term fixture in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), having secured a significant multi-project agreement.

Speculation regarding her involvement in the MCU has intensified, especially after multiple insiders, citing information from late production stages, confirmed rumors that the actress will portray Jean Grey in the upcoming film “Spider-Man: A New Day.”

While Marvel Studios has not yet made an official announcement, well-known insider MyTimeToShineHello disclosed that Sink has signed a contract for five Marvel projects, a deal that also includes options for appearances in television series.

Beyond “Spider-Man: A New Day,” other potential projects mentioned include major blockbusters such as “Avengers: Secret Wars.” Her possible participation in the “X-Men” reboot, currently being developed by Jake Schreier (director of “Thunderbolts”), is also under consideration. Furthermore, Marvel Studios is reportedly planning at least one Disney+ series where Sink could potentially make an appearance.

This outlines up to four specific projects where Sadie Sink’s involvement appears highly probable. If the information about her role as Jean Grey and the extensive nature of her contract proves accurate, the character could emerge as a pivotal figure in the future evolution of the entire cinematic universe.

“Spider-Man: A New Day” is slated for release on July 31, 2026. It is entirely possible that Marvel may opt to keep the specifics of the actress’s role confidential until the film’s premiere.
