Hunter Roulette, a game that offered a modern reinterpretation of the classic “Russian roulette” concept, is being delisted from Steam. Despite featuring a variety of distinct characters, including female characters in revealing outfits, the project ultimately failed to gain significant traction and is now being shut down.
Released on PC via Steam last summer, Hunter Roulette adopted a gameplay style similar to Buckshot Roulette. Its distinctive feature was its diverse cast of characters, which were intended to add unique flair to the experience.
However, the developers have decided to cease operations for Hunter Roulette. They announced that the game will be removed from sale on Steam starting April 7, stating:
It is with immense regret that we inform you that due to changes in our development and management strategy, we are discontinuing the services for [Hunter Roulette]. We prioritize your privacy. Within 30 days of the game’s discontinuation, your personal data will be completely deleted or anonymized in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
The servers for Hunter Roulette will remain operational until May 20, 2026. After this date, access to the game will no longer be possible.
