House Flipper, one of the most beloved games from Polish publisher PlayWay, has amassed a vast audience and millions of fans over its eight-year lifespan.

Despite selling 7 million copies, the game still had untapped potential among players who had yet to experience it. While FrozenWay released a sequel, the original title continued to thrive, especially during significant sales events offering discounts up to 90%. The publisher has now taken an even bolder step.

Following its recent release as a free-to-play title on Steam, House Flipper saw its concurrent player count surge dramatically to 76,000. This impressive figure places it in a similar league to other prominent Polish games such as Dying Light and The Witcher 3.

  • The Witcher 3 – 103,329 players
  • House Flipper – 76,109 players
  • Dying Light – 45,876 players
