The developers of Heroes of Might and Magic: Olden Era have released a new teaser, showcasing an updated model of a global map object – the Windmill.
The Windmill is not just a scenic element, but a functional building described as: “Every baker’s favorite place. Once a week, the first hero to arrive receives a small amount of random resources.”
Interestingly, the teaser’s publication led to an unexpected reaction: some players mistakenly took it for an announcement from the creators of the medieval city-building strategy Manor Lords and began actively suggesting ideas for future updates.
Consequently, the developers of Heroes of Might and Magic: Olden Era from Unfrozen studio had to issue an official clarification: “Hello! We are developing Heroes of Might and Magic: Olden Era, not Manor Lords. To be heard, it’s best to contact the official Manor Lords community.”
As a reminder, Heroes of Might and Magic: Olden Era is expected to launch into Early Access in 2026.
