The complete script for Zack Cregger's Resident Evil film briefly surfaced on the internet before being swiftly removed from various platforms. Despite the takedowns, discussions and summaries of its content continue to spread online.

According to those who managed to read the script, the story is set in Raccoon City during a zombie apocalypse. The protagonist is Bryan (played by Austin Abrams), a courier transporting donor organs. The plot follows his desperate attempt to reach his pregnant wife as the city descends into chaos. Complicating matters, Bryan himself is infected with the T-virus, literally racing against time.

However, the main point of contention online isn't the plot description itself, but rather its tone. Reports suggest the film is filled with numerous comedic and absurd situations, bordering on farce.

Bryan reportedly encounters humorous scenarios involving zombie dogs, zombie babies, and even an obese, acid-spitting zombie.

Some fans argue that this comedic approach deviates too far from the atmosphere of Capcom's games and has a poor connection to their events.
