Caiman Hunts Again: MAPPA Unveils First Trailer for Dorohedoro Season 2
MAPPA Studio has released the highly anticipated first trailer for the second season of the anime "Dorohedoro," marking the return of the cult adaptation of Q Hayashida's manga. The continuation of the series is set to premiere on Netflix and Crunchyroll, six years after the debut of its first season.
The new season is once again being produced by MAPPA, with the key creative team returning to the project. Director Yuichiro Hayashi, known for his work on the finale of "Attack on Titan," will once again lead the production. Hiroshi Seko returns as the screenwriter, and Tomohiro Kishi is in charge of character design.
The musical score, just like in the first season, is created by the group (K)NoW_NAME. The trailer features snippets of the new opening theme "Zettai Must Danmen" and the ending theme "Return To Head," setting the mood for the upcoming season.
The plot will continue the thrilling story of Caiman and Nikaido amidst the fierce confrontation between the Sorcerers' world and the Hole city. Special attention will be given to the Cross-Eyes faction — a community of weaker sorcerers challenging the established order. Their conflict with En's organization will be one of the central storylines of the new season.
