Former Art Director Glenn Israel has leveled serious accusations against the management of Halo Studios, describing an unhealthy and toxic atmosphere within the company. He claims that the studio is rife with unethical and illegal practices, including widespread nepotism, favoritism, and the systematic bullying of employees. Israel alleges that management maintains “blacklists,” engages in fraudulent activities, manipulates hiring and career advancement processes, and orchestrates campaigns of harassment to force “voluntary” resignations.
Israel stated that after he voiced his complaints internally, a representative from global employee relations allegedly threatened him with “retaliation” and promised to suppress any further investigation. He further claims that last July, management spent four days fabricating “evidence” against him to create an “artificial basis for dismissal.” By August, his art team was temporarily reassigned from an unannounced project, and his position was then declared “redundant.” Israel views this as a clear act of retribution for his complaints, noting that despite promises, no thorough investigation was conducted, and key witnesses he identified were not interviewed.
Based on his personal experience with what he describes as a hostile work environment and retaliatory actions, Glenn Israel explicitly advises against seeking employment at Halo Studios.
