Cosplayers RIYATO, August Chacki, and Anya “ASH” Shpichka decided to delight fans with their unique takes on the game. During a photoshoot, the models embodied female versions of iconic characters such as Vergil, Dante, and Nero.
In this reimagined DMC5 universe, Vergil is presented as Dante’s elder twin sister, Nero’s mother, and the daughter of the demon swordsman Sparda and the human woman Eva. She is a calm and collected warrior who disdains dirty and cheap combat tactics, refusing to use firearms.
Dante is an unflappable demon huntress with a strong sense of justice, who loves to joke and mock her adversaries, eat pizza, and wield her semi-automatic pistols. Family and friends hold immense importance for her.
Nero is also a demon huntress with a rebellious spirit, much like her aunt Dante. She prefers to casually banter even with the most formidable foes, mock them, and deliver sarcastic remarks even in the heat of battle.
