Netflix continues to build anticipation for the second season of its anime adaptation of Devil May Cry.
A fresh poster has been released, featuring the main characters, Dante and Vergil, in an unusual setting: posing in a photo booth. This playful image starkly contrasts with the serious conflict at the heart of the story, though Vergil’s displeasure with the situation is clearly visible.
The second season is slated to premiere on May 12, 2026, exclusively on Netflix. Production is once again overseen by Adi Shankar and Studio Mir, who also worked on the first season. The new episodes are expected to deepen the conflict between the brothers, set against the backdrop of an impending war between the human and demon worlds.
Johnny Yong Bosch (Dante), Robbie Daymond (Vergil), and Scout Taylor-Compton as Lady (Mary Ann Arkham) are all confirmed to return for their respective roles.
