Crimson Desert to Finally Receive Intel Arc GPU Support Following Player Complaints

Initially, the highly anticipated game Crimson Desert launched without support for Intel Arc graphics cards, much to the disappointment of its community. Players quickly discovered that the game was unplayable on systems equipped with Intel Arc GPUs.

This issue came to light despite previous claims from Intel that they had offered assistance to the game’s developers for years without receiving any response.

However, in response to significant player feedback and an evident demand for Intel Arc compatibility, the developers of Crimson Desert have now publicly announced their commitment to addressing the issue. They issued a statement acknowledging the problem and outlining their current efforts:

“We are currently working on ensuring compatibility and optimization for Intel Arc graphics cards so that Crimson Desert can also be available for this system. We are preparing an update for stable and comfortable gameplay. We ask for your patience until the corresponding update is released. We apologize for the misunderstanding caused by incorrect information in the FAQ, which previously indicated Intel Arc support. Please consider this message as the official and current information on this matter.”

The development team did not specify how long it would take to prepare and release this crucial update. Players are encouraged to monitor official channels for further announcements regarding the timeline for Intel Arc support.
