An impressive video by cosplayer LaSombra now allows fans of the Warhammer 40,000 universe to delve into the intricacies of creating a truly gruesome look. She has recreated the cosplay of a Drukhari maid, showcasing her horrifying collection of ‘human faces’.
LaSombra continues to draw inspiration from the grim and ruthless Warhammer 40,000 universe, where survival itself is a relentless challenge.
In her latest work, the model embodies the character of a Drukhari maid, meticulously crafted based on art by Gray-Skull Art.

A key highlight is that Snezha LaSombra (the cosplayer’s real name) released a special video tutorial. In it, she meticulously detailed how she fashioned the dress and apron, which, according to the concept, are made from human skin – though LaSombra skillfully used artificial materials for her creation.
Furthermore, LaSombra has shared free printable files for molds that mimic human faces: a male face, a female face, and a screaming face. The creation of this complex and chthonic costume took her just 14 working days.
The lore of the Warhammer 40,000 universe describes the Dark Eldar, or Drukhari, as beings who revel in the torment of their captives. They arrogantly view themselves as the rightful heirs of the ancient Aeldari Empire. For these cursed entities, the fear of their prisoners is as sweet as the pain from a sharp blade. They savor every shade of suffering as their victims beg for death, but the Drukhari are known for their reluctance to grant such a ‘mercy’ quickly.
