While the future of the BioShock series remains uncertain, cosplayers Ksenia Beknazarova (known as KamikoZero) and Evgeny Vasiliev (GraysonFin) have successfully brought to life the iconic characters Elizabeth and Booker DeWitt from the acclaimed shooter, BioShock Infinite.
This universe, renowned for its unique cities—the underwater dystopia of Rapture and the spectacular floating city of Columbia—might have started to fade from some gamers’ memories.

To refresh these memories and celebrate the game, photographer Sofia Chatskaya organized a new photoshoot, featuring Ksenia Beknazarova (KamikoZero) and Evgeny Vasiliev (GraysonFin) meticulously transformed into Elizabeth and Booker DeWitt.

Elizabeth is renowned as one of the most multifaceted and evolving heroines in video game history. Her character arc begins as a naive, eager young woman and progresses into a decisive, and at times formidable, personality.

She possesses the unique ability to open spatial-temporal “tears,” allowing her to travel to alternate realities or bring objects—from living beings to weapons and mechanisms—into their current reality. These tears also grant her the power to subtly manipulate time and space.

Booker DeWitt, the protagonist of BioShock Infinite, is a private detective known for his quiet and serious demeanor. He is plagued by deep regrets over past atrocities and misdeeds, which heavily influence his character.

He often acts like a man with nothing left to lose, which imbues him with fearlessness but also underscores a profound inner emptiness. His life drifts aimlessly through circumstances until the imperative of protecting Elizabeth gives him a new, vital purpose.
