Организованный вывоз транспорта через пограничный пункт пропуска «Астара» на ирано-азербайджанской границе осуществляется в штатном режиме. Первые сотни фур начали пересекать границу еще в ночь на 6 марта, когда проблема стала широко известна.

В связи с этой ситуацией также высказывались опасения по поводу возможного дефицита помидоров на российском рынке.
